Survey on the detection of harmful substances in waste electrical and electronic equipment

To obtain the best possible solutions for a practical and goal-driven implementation in context of the development of technical innovations, your opinion is very important to us. 

The objective of this survey is to acquire an impartial evaluation of the current situation on-site in your company in the effort to form a basis for a scientific feasability study on the automatic detection of harmful substances in waste electrical and eletronic equipment in the recycling process.  

To this end, we would be pleased if you would take 2-3 minutes to answer the following questions.

Declaration of consent in accordance with data protection for a survey on a feasibility study on the automatic detection of harmful substances in waste electrical and electronic equipment.


On the following pages we would like to ask you as experts. The objective of this survey is to obtain an impartial evaluation of the current situation on-site at your company in the effort to form a basis for a scientific feasibility study on the above-mentioned topic. Participation is voluntary. In order to be able to evaluate and assign your feedback correctly and to contact you afterwards if necessary, we need your name, the name of the company you work for, as well as your business email address. 
 
In addition, we would like to use your responses and any additional information you provide for study purposes and for further product development.
 
For this purpose, we collect the following personal data:
Last name, first name, business email address, if indicated also title and the name of the company you work for, as well as any personal data you may have provided in free text. 
 
Server-related log files are generated which, among other things, store IP addresses and times. These are used to check the functionality of the applications on the server as well as proper server status and security.
 
Also in this survey you have according to data protection towards the responsible person of the data processing of personal data (see data protection guidelines) - as far as it concerns personal data, i.e. the received data allow an identification of your person:
The right to rectification, information, restriction of processing, objection to processing, as well as deletion of your personal data.
 
You can revoke this declaration of consent at any time.
 
In addition, you are free to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority for data protection if you are of the opinion that the processing of your data violates the General Data Protection Regulation. Furthermore, you have the right to receive the personal data concerning you in a structured, common and machine-readable format.
 
In order to assert your rights as a data subject with the controller, please use the following email with the corresponding request: dsgvo@jetsam-services.de. In the event of a successful revocation, your data will be deleted in accordance with the DSGVO guidelines.
 
Your personal data will be deleted after it has been processed, but at the latest after 6 months.
 
Your personal data will only be processed by us. A transfer to the "ZIM" (Central Innovation Program for SMEs) program of the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy that accompanies the feasibility study is as far as possible only in aggregated form of personal data and should not provide any inference to a natural person. Should personal data nevertheless be passed on (due to comments, free text, etc.), the protection of your data is of course subject to the DSGVO and the corresponding data protection guidelines of the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy." Any further transfer of personal data to third countries or third parties is not planned.
